How to Schedule a Home Clearing and Blessing in Peoria, AZ

The 3 ways to book, what it costs, how long it takes, and what actually happens when we come to your home

By Danielle Gonzales, Reiki Master Teacher & Psychic-Medium

Has your home or office been feeling heavy, tense, or just "off" lately? You're not imagining it. Spaces hold energy, and just like we clean the physical parts of our homes, the energy in them needs attention too.

Here's the short answer: you can schedule a home or office clearing and blessing with The Grateful Koi in three ways. Fill out the quote form on our Clearings page, purchase the Home + Personal Clearing Package (and save 19%), or book a free 30-minute discovery call if you'd like to talk it through first. Clearings are done in person in Peoria, AZ and throughout the West Valley and Phoenix area, and a typical visit takes about 3 hours.

3 Ways to Schedule a Home Clearing in Peoria, AZ

1. Fill out the home clearing quote form. Head to our Clearings page and scroll down to the "Home & Office Clearing + Blessing Quote" form. It will ask for your preferred date(s), the approximate square footage, how many rooms need to be cleared and blessed, and why you are reaching out. There is also a spot to let me know if you have concerns with smudging (sage, incense, palo santo), essential oils, home Reiki, or prayer. Please allow up to 72 hours for an initial response. Your preliminary quote is sent to the email on the form.

2. Purchase the Home + Personal Clearing Package and save 19%. This package combines a home or office clearing (under 3,500 sq ft and within 35 miles) with a personal Reiki clearing for you, for $444. Mileage is included, and the package is valid for 12 months. It's the most complete option, since it clears both your space and the energy you carry.

3. Book a free 30-minute discovery call. Not sure yet if a clearing is what you need? That's okay! The call is done online or by phone, and it's a no-pressure way to talk through what you've been noticing.

What a Home Clearing Costs

Home and office clearings are done by quote and based on the size of the space:

• Up to 1,200 sq ft: $300

• Up to 3,000 sq ft: +$150

• Up to 4,500 sq ft: +$300

• Up to 6,000 sq ft: +$400

• Over 6,000 sq ft: to be determined

All prices include an additional charge of $2.00 per mile (round trip).

What Actually Happens During a Clearing

Every space is different, but every home or office clearing I do follows the same three steps:

1. Energetic assessment of the property. We take detailed notes to identify areas with the highest level of activity, negative energy, energetic portals, human or non-human entities, residual negative energy, negative thought forms, and other types of spiritual energy. These detailed notes are sent to you after the clearing process is completed.

2. Meeting summary and coaching. Findings are discussed with the property owner(s) in detail to validate what we found and understand any historical issues in the space. We take time to work with you individually so that true understanding, healing, and energetic balance can occur during the clearing. We also provide guidance on how to best maintain the energetic balance of your space moving forward.

3. Energetic clearing and blessing. The home and the areas, entities, and energies we identified are focused on with the intention of clearing them from the property. This is done with focused healing intention for you AND for any spirits, entities, and residual energies involved. At The Grateful Koi, our goal is not to simply chase spirits away to another location, but to resolve the situation as completely as possible. The space is then blessed and filled with loving, positive, and healing energy.

Based on my evaluation and your preferences, a blessing may include smudging, essential oils, a house blessing, a home Reiki treatment, and a consultation for ongoing energetic maintenance.

Signs Your Space May Need a Clearing

• You've recently moved into a new space.

• You sense bad vibes or heaviness in certain areas.

• You're struggling with sleep, focus, or relaxation in your environment.

• You or others have gone through grief, conflict, or emotional upheaval.

• There's been a major life event, like a divorce, a death, or a new relationship.

• You feel like you're being watched or are not alone, even when you are.

• You feel disconnected from yourself and others, even in your own home.

• You want to invite more love, peace, and light into your environment.

Questions I Hear a Lot

How long does a home clearing take?

Plan for about 3 hours on site. Your quote will confirm the details for your space.

Do you use sage?

Smudging (sage, incense, or palo santo) is one of the tools I may use, but it is always based on my evaluation and your preference. If you would rather avoid smoke or essential oils, just let me know on the quote form.

How soon will I hear back after I send the form?

Please allow up to 72 hours for an initial response. Your preliminary quote is sent by email.

Is travel included?

Travel is $2.00 per mile, round trip. The Home + Personal Clearing Package includes mileage up to 35 miles.

Closing Thoughts

Your home or workspace should feel like a sanctuary, a place where you can breathe deeply, feel grounded, and be your authentic self. If it doesn't feel that way right now, you don't have to just live with it.
